Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- QA- SFDC

QA Executes functional testing activities to validate system workflows, ensure business requirements are met, and support defect identification and resolution across testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional test cases as per defined test plans and requirements
• Validate end-to-end business workflows and system functionality
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities
• Ensure test evidence and documentation are maintained as per quality standards
• Execute functional test cases as per defined test plans and requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
• Experience with CRM testing in enterprise environments
• Exposure to Agile delivery and SDLC-based testing

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Hands-on experience with functional testing
• Experience testing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Understanding of test execution, defect lifecycle, and validation processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
• Execution-driven mindset with accountability for results
