Job Description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts from ECS SOC, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SIEM and related platforms.
• Perform L2/L3 incident investigation, containment coordination, and recovery activities.
• Lead response for malware, ransomware, phishing, identity compromise, and insider threats.
• Coordinate with ASGN SOC, Infra, Network, IAM, and EUS teams during incidents.
• Support digital forensics, log analysis, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain incident playbooks, response procedures, and escalation models.
• Produce weekly/monthly incident and alert trend reports.

Required Skills

• SOC operations, incident response lifecycle
• CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SIEM tools
• Log analysis, threat triage, containment workflows
• ServiceNow or ITSM for incident tracking
• Understanding of network, endpoint, and identity security
• Forensics tools exposure
• SANS/GCIH/GCED or similar certifications
• Experience in enterprise SOC environments

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
