The consultant will support the execution of payroll and time management processes for German accounts, including system maintenance and issue resolution. They will also perform SAP HCM configuration tasks and assist in payroll-related projects under the guidance of senior consultants.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and up to 2 years of experience in SAP HCM or payroll activities. Proficiency in English and a valid EU work permit are mandatory requirements.

Role Overview
The SAP HCM Junior Consultant will support the HR Service Delivery Payroll Team in the delivery of SAP Payroll services for German accounts. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, the role will focus on supporting payroll and time management activities, system maintenance, issue analysis, and payroll and Time configuration tasks.
The consultant will gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, SAP HCM configuration, troubleshooting, and customer support while progressively developing expertise in SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions.
