Join our Catalyst Adoption team and take on a pivotal role in how the world's most admired brands configure, adopt, and get value from our products. Use your technical understanding of client processes and ways of working to configure best-practice, end-to-end experiences for our global client teams. You'll act as a knowledgeable point of contact on our Catalyst product (configuration and setup) — translating client needs into the right approach while safeguarding a consistent, standardized way of working across all clients.

You'll join a group of proficient product specialists who are always ready to help, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers, and client-facing colleagues. You'll be a trusted point of contact for clients on product setup and configuration.
