Your mission

Help turn our website into a measurable growth engine.

Our website is a critical part of how customers discover, understand, and engage with Matrix42. We are looking for a Web Growth Manager to take end-to-end ownership of this experience and help convert visits from evaluating buyers into pipeline. You will connect with commercial thinking, customer journey insight, analytics, and technical understanding to improve engagement, conversion, and growth.

This is a newly created role with room to shape the position, establish new ways of working, and build a clear roadmap for continuous website improvement. You will work closely with our international marketing team while independently driving initiatives from insight to measurable outcome. You could be a great fit if you bring experience in website ownership or launches, conversion optimization, UX, analytics and cross-functional project leadership.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the Matrix42 website, including the homepage, product pages, landing pages and key conversion paths
• Drive website performance, conversion rate optimization and capture demand across the digital customer journey
• Use web analytics, customer insight, testing and experimentation to identify opportunities, set priorities and measure impact
• Ensure website messaging and experiences remain relevant, engaging and aligned with business goals
• Lead website initiatives from idea to delivery, coordinating marketing, content, design, technical stakeholders and external partners
• Explore how AI, modern web technologies and new tools can improve website effectiveness and ways of working.

Your profile

• 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in web management, web growth, digital experience, UX, growth marketing or a related field
• Hands-on experience participating in a website launch or major redesign, ideally with clear ownership or responsibility
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion rate optimization, UX and web analytics
• A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to connect website decisions to measurable business outcomes
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, proactive communication and the ability to work independently
• Comfort with web technologies, technical tools and collaboration with developers or technical specialists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and stakeholders
• You are based in Germany, Finland or Denmark, or in another European location where Matrix42 has an established employment setup.

Valuable additional experience

• B2B SaaS or another complex B2B environment
• CMS platforms, SEO, website experimentation
• Front-end development. This is an advantage, not a requirement
• AI-powered tools for content, analytics, optimization, or digital experience.
