The Senior CRM Developer will architect and deploy complex Salesforce solutions while leading platform strategy and integration efforts. They will also mentor junior developers and oversee data governance and platform health across the enterprise.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with strong knowledge of integration patterns and Salesforce security models.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on Salesforce development expertise, a strong command of Salesforce Connect and external data integration patterns, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
