Infrastructure & Automation

• Deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure on AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch).
  
• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
  
• Automate recurring operational tasks using Shell/Bash/Python scripts.
  
• Assist in improving environment reliability and scaling.
  

Containerization & Orchestration

• Work with Kubernetes clusters (EKS or self-managed) for application deployments.
  
• Manage Docker images and optimize build processes.
  
• Use Helm for packaging and managing Kubernetes deployments.
  
• Configure ingress controllers like Traefik or NGINX, or service mesh like Istio (basic to intermediate exposure).
  

CI/CD Pipeline & Release Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
  
• Integrate tools like SonarQube for code quality checks.
  

Monitoring, Logging & Observability

• Set up dashboards and alerts using Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
  
• Ensure proper monitoring of production and non-production environments.
  
• Assist in incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with development, QA, and platform teams to support release cycles.
  
• Document processes, runbooks, and infrastructure workflows.
  
• Participate in on-call rotations (if applicable).
  

Requirements

• 6–8 years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience.
  
• Strong experience in AWS and IAM fundamentals.
  
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
  
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI).
  
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible.
  
• Strong Linux administration skills.
  
• Scripting knowledge in Shell/Bash/Python.
  
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
