Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in human services and a strong understanding of homelessness issues. CPR and First Aid certifications are required within one year of hire, along with a reliable mode of transportation.

We support families with a combination of case management and direct service, provided in an environment that affirms the dignity of the individuals being served.
Primary Responsibility: Assist in the general operation of the shelter. Support the mission of Catholic Charities Worcester County and the clients served by assisting clients with all of their needs while establishing and maintaining an environment that is consistent with agency values. This individual will be monitoring client activities and maintaining safety and security of the shelter, and providing light housekeeping.
