Lead day-to-day operations, training, and implementation of a youth-led violence prevention program. Coordinate school partnerships, supervise peer leaders, and manage grant proposals and reporting.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience working with youth. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel across Ohio and Michigan are mandatory.
Teen PEP is a youth-led violence prevention program that partners with schools in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. As the Teen Peers Educating Peers (PEP) Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations including training and overall program implementation. You will coordinate services and engage in program expansion efforts to recruit new school partnerships. You will train and supervise peer leaders at each school.
The coordinator participates in developing grant proposals and budgets and submits timely reports to meet hospital and funder requirements.
