The Science Teacher serves as a primary instructional resource, delivering competency-based content and personalized learning to students. They are responsible for monitoring academic progress, providing targeted support, and maintaining consistent communication with students and their families.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a Florida 6-12 secondary certification in Biology/Earth & Space. At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with high school or at-risk youth, is required.
The Role
As a Science Content Coach (Science Teacher), you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our students, delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. You’ll work with a collaborative team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred
