The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors in a welcoming manner and handling phone calls and messages promptly. They must also use initiative to resolve daily queries for residents and their families.
Applicants must have excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. Candidates must reside in New Zealand with a valid work visa and at least 6 months remaining until expiry.

Location: Radius Heatherlea, 139 Vivian St, New Plymouth
Hours of work: 12 hours per week, working weekends only (6 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday)
Note: Radius Care cannot support work visas/visa changes for this role. Applicants must reside in NZ and have a current work visa with open work rights, and at least 6 months until visa expires.
Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, welcoming way. Answer the phone in a timely manner, and pass on messages promptly. Show initiative when dealing with daily queries.
