Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) capable of managing clinical outcomes and supervising staff. Requires the ability to implement evidence-based care and utilize data-driven decision-making in a center environment.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
