Must be enrolled in an accredited master's level counseling or social work program with a valid CT or SWT license. Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Summary
The function of this position is to provide, under the supervision of a qualified licensed professional counselor with supervisory designation (LPCC-S) or licensed independent social worker with supervisory designation (LISW-S), quality clinical care to clients within the candidate’s internship/practicum experiences and in adherence with Ohio Mental Health licensing standards. Assess clients on admission with respect to behavioral health needs, and on a continuing basis, review, update and execute that assessment. Establish and review goals for each client. Value highest ethical standards, quality clinical care, and good customer service. Quality communication skills in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and often multi-agency environment.
