Provides strategic administrative support to the Regional Office Manager and leaders, including managing filing systems, producing monthly reports, and overseeing local office operations. Handles clerical duties, bookkeeping for accounts payable/receivable, and coordinates communication with internal and external constituents.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 2 years of office management experience. Must be proficient in English, computer software, and possess a valid driver's license with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant serves in a strategic function at Buckner Children and Family Services to administer services through management of the established policies and procedures.
