The HCA provides personal care, hygiene assistance, and companionship to clients in their homes under the supervision of a Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and documenting client care.
Candidates must hold an HCA certificate or equivalent and be fluent in English. Requirements include current CPR/First Aid training, a negative TB test, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the territory.
