The Position

Position Title: Mental Health Lead Clinician
Classification: Registered Nurse
NP 81-74, Social Worker YC 46-49, Occupational Therapist YB 24-27
Salary per hour (exc. super): $47.04 - $61.17
Hours per fortnight:  Up to 80 Hours (Including an ADO if working 80 Hours)
Employment Status:  Ongoing Part Time and Fixed Term Part Time positions available - Fixed Term Until March 2027

Other Requirements: 2026 Flu Vaccination

An exciting opportunity to work in a case-management role providing longer term community based mental health treatment and support:

  • Join an exciting face-to-face case management role delivering long-term community mental health support.

  • Bendigo Adult Community Mental Health Team (BACMHT) and is based at the John Bomford Centre.
  • Flexible full-time or part-time positions available to suit your lifestyle

  • Work alongside experienced Managers and Consultant Psychiatrists within a supportive team environment

  • Conduct comprehensive mental, social, and physical assessments for individuals and their families

  • Coordinate care, provide clinical treatment, and deliver essential support services

  • Lead the development and monitoring of personalised Recovery Plans

  • Carry out thorough risk assessments to ensure client safety

  • Collaborate closely with community services and partners to enhance care outcomes

  • Enjoy a standard Monday to Friday work schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with an 80-hour Accrued Day Off (ADO)
