Supervise building services, renovations, and repairs undertaken by subcontractors to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Manage subcontractor performance, conduct safety audits, and act as the primary client contact for technical service delivery.
Requires a relevant Trade License and registration as a Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA). Candidates must have experience in building services management and a deep understanding of the Building Code of Australia and OH&S regulations.

Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in managing and supervising building services including renovations, alterations, extensions, improvements or repairs of a building being undertaken by sub-contractors, ensuring these are completed to required industry regulations. Reporting to the Procurement & Subcontractor Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
