The Transport Admin & Scheduler provides administrative support to the Transport Manager, including managing transport schedules, maintenance records, and compliance documentation. They are responsible for processing transport dockets, coordinating maintenance bookings, and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
Candidates must have two to four years of experience in administration, scheduling, or logistics, preferably within an Australian-based company. Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and the ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously are essential.

About the role
The Transport Admin & Scheduler provides day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to the Transport Manager. The position spans transport scheduling, maintenance and compliance record keeping, and document control, acting as a central support function that keeps schedules, records, and operational systems accurate and current.
The role suits someone who works accurately across several systems at once and handles time-sensitive administrative tasks consistently, without needing to be chased.
