Requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing, and a high school diploma or GED. EPA Universal and CPO certifications are preferred.

Compensation: $21 to $23 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease renewal bonuses, and a $1,000 sign on bonus, payable after 90 days of completed employment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation.
As a Maintenance Technician II, you operate independently across multiple trades. You complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence while helping maintain high operational standards across the property.
This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms. The role may require lifting 50 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Working at a personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field is required.
