Nous cherchons un(e) Stagiaire Customer Communication pour rejoindre notre équipe Customer Experience.
Au sein du département Customer Relations, tu contribueras activement à la manière dont nous communiquons avec nos clients tout au long de leur parcours.
C’est une opportunité unique de développer tes compétences en communication client, création de contenu et expérience client, dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.
Création de contenu & communication
Participer à la création de communications clés du cycle de vie client (onboarding, moments importants, incidents…)
Contribuer à la rédaction de newsletters, lancements de produits et communications clients
Rédiger du contenu engageant pour emails, SMS, notifications push et canaux digitaux
Mettre à jour les contenus du site client, portails et application
Soutenir la création de communications commerciales (cross-sell, nouvelles offres…)
Veiller à la qualité, cohérence et pertinence des contenus (ton de marque, audience cible)
Collaboration & Customer Experience
Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour assurer l’alignement des communications
Participer à des projets liés à l’expérience client sur l’ensemble du parcours
Contribuer à améliorer l’engagement, la satisfaction et la fidélisation client
Garantir des messages clairs, cohérents et en phase avec les objectifs stratégiques
Tu es étudiant(e) en Marketing, Communication, Management ou équivalent
Tu as d’excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français (obligatoire)
Tu es à l’aise en anglais
Le néerlandais est un plus
