Candidates must be U.S. citizens with at least 5 years of FSO experience and an active Secret security clearance. A bachelor's degree is required, though equivalent professional experience may be substituted.

The FSO will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all government security regulations and requirements, including the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial security, personnel security, and physical security.
