Entrando a far parte di un team dinamico e motivato del Laboratorio Materiali, la posizione di Maunfacturing Laboratory Technician contribuirà alle attività di analisi, indagine, ricerca e sviluppo, mettendo a disposizione le proprie competenze tecniche all'interno dei laboratori di Mescola, Vulcanizzazione e Preparazione Campioni.
La risorsa sarà coinvolta in diverse attività di laboratorio, tra cui la preparazione dei materiali, il campionamento, l'esecuzione delle misure e la registrazione dei risultati. Fornirà il supporto tecnico necessario per garantire il corretto funzionamento del laboratorio, operando nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle normative in materia di salute e sicurezza.
Responsabilità principali
• Preparare, miscelare e vulcanizzare provini e campioni per le attività di prova e ricerca.
• Registrare e documentare i risultati delle prove, condividendoli con responsabili, colleghi senior e clienti interni del laboratorio.
• Eseguire attività di routine con precisione, seguendo metodologie e procedure di prova definite.
• Utilizzare, gestire e mantenere le apparecchiature standard di laboratorio.
• Garantire che il laboratorio sia adeguatamente rifornito di materiali e consumabili necessari alle attività operative.
• Utilizzare strumenti informatici per la gestione dei dati e della documentazione tecnica.
• Applicare e far rispettare rigorosamente le procedure di sicurezza e i controlli previsti dalle normative aziendali.
Requisiti e qualifiche richieste
Titolo di studio
• Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore ad indirizzo tecnico (requisito minimo), ad esempio:
o Meccanica
o Chimica
o Informatica / Elettronica
Esperienza
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale una precedente esperienza in ruoli analoghi all'interno di laboratori tecnici, di ricerca o industriali.
Competenze tecniche
• Buona manualità e attitudine alle attività pratiche di laboratorio.
• Conoscenze tecnico-scientifiche di base.
• Capacità di comprendere e applicare procedure operative e metodi di prova.
• Conoscenza di base del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare:
o Excel
o Outlook
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale la capacità di sviluppare e redigere procedure operative e metodi di prova.
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di statistica e tecniche di elaborazione dati.
Conoscenze linguistiche
• Italiano.
• Inglese.
Competenze trasversali
• Flessibilità e disponibilità a operare su differenti turni e all'interno di diverse aree del laboratorio, tra cui:
