The Staff Component Engineer will lead parts and component selection, qualification, and failure root-cause analysis for aerospace systems. They will also act as the technical representative for customers and develop roadmaps for state-of-the-art component integration.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in component engineering for military or aerospace applications is required.

In this position, you will be a key member of our product development team, leading the parts and component selection, qualification, failure root-cause analysis, standardization, vendor evaluations, and performance verification efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced in EEE components engineering for commercial space applications.
