The R&D Scientist is responsible for researching and developing polymer compounds and composites for high-performance computing, electrical connectors, and wire and cable systems. The role focuses on creating value for customers in new and existing markets through innovative materials solutions.
A PhD in materials science, chemistry, or a related polymer field is required, along with a bachelor's degree. Preferred candidates have 4+ years of experience in thermoplastic processing and a deep understanding of electrical properties and flame retardant chemistries.
