The Product Application Manager provides technical expertise to optimize customer process performance and serves as a liaison between R&D, Sales, and customers. Key duties include managing customer trials, delivering technical training, and developing new product formulations to meet business objectives.
A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business is required, with a Master's or MBA preferred. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
