The role involves supporting the trade sales team by processing customer orders, preparing quotes, and managing daily administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and providing in-store assistance at the Clayton trade centre.
Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook and Excel. While not essential, previous knowledge of timber and hardware products is considered an advantage.

The Tait Mitre 10 team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as a Trade Sales Support on a full-time basis, based in our Clayton trade centre.
This role operates a full time hours across Monday to Friday. You’ll be supporting the Branch Manager and the Trade Sales team with a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, and preparing quotes.
