The Sales Operations Team Leader is responsible for monitoring team performance, setting annual goals, and developing strategies to ensure adherence to company regulations. They also assist management with hiring, training, and succession planning while analyzing productivity data to adjust operational strategies.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field and demonstrate strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. At least 3 years of experience in Order Management is considered an advantage for this role.
