Responsibilities

Provide operational support to the regional sales team through quoting, client calls, and data analysis. Create executive presentations and reports using Excel and Power BI to track business status and strategy execution.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or Engineering (3rd to 4th semester) with intermediate English and Excel skills. Must be available for an internship of 18 to 24 months and be able to work on-site in Santa Fé.

Lo que realizarás:

  • Dar soporte operativo y trabajar de la mano con el equipo de ventas regional en el proceso comercial mediante la realización de cotizaciones, llamadas iniciales con clientes, análisis de datos y reportes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio.
  • Revisión de reportes en Excel y Power BI de oportunidades de ventas y resultados semanales, mensuales y trimestrales.
  • Apoyo con diseño audiovisual y presentaciones ejecutivas de las presentaciones semanales que realizamos sobre el estatus del negocio y la ejecución de estrategias.

Esto es lo que buscamos en nuestros becarios(as):

  • Carreras en curso: Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Ingeniería en Innovación y Desarrollo o estudios relacionados cursando actualmente de 3er a 4to semestre;
  • Excel Intermedio;
  • Ingles intermedio;
  • Disponibilidad para realizar pasantía entre 18 a 24 meses máximo (indispensable estar inscrito en la Universidad durante este periodo);
  • Disponibilidad para asistir a la oficina ubicada en Santa Fé de lunes a viernes.

 

Sera un diferencial:

  • Power BI – Conocimiento general

 

Nuestros beneficios son:

  • Salario: $11,256.97 mensuales brutos
  • Beneficios de ley: Seguridad Social (IMSS), vacaciones, aguinaldo, etc.
  • Horario: 6 hrs diarias (Lunes a Viernes)
