The Biorepository Technician I is responsible for the receipt, preservation, and shipment of biological samples while monitoring freezer temperatures. Key duties include aliquoting specimens using aseptic techniques and maintaining accurate inventory records in the BSI data management system.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of general working experience. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the capacity to work in extreme cold environments are required.
