The Fitness Sales Manager drives revenue growth for private training and supplements while managing the transition of new members into coaching programs. They are also responsible for supervising fitness staff and ensuring high-quality member service and operational compliance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a proven track record in sales and fitness, hospitality, or retail management. A current CPR/AED certification is required, and a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is preferred.
