Over de baan
De afdeling sales bij IKEA Delft bestaat uit Furniture Sales / Showroom (1e verdieping) en Market Hall Sales (begane grond). Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor 12 uur per week, op de afdeling 'Cook & Eat' in de Markethall.
Wat ga je doen?
Als medewerker Sales ben je een van de belangrijkste IKEA contactpersonen voor onze klanten. Je ziet klanten al voordat ze jou zien, je helpt ze vriendelijk en adviseert hen in passende woonoplossingen. Je snapt bovendien de impact van een glimlach en doet altijd net een stapje extra, waardoor klanten met een goed gevoel voor het juiste product kiezen en je hun verwachtingen overtreft.
Wij zijn op zoek naar medewerkers die 12 uur per week willen werken. Omdat we als IKEA een retail organisatie zijn, en diverse openingstijden hebben. Zijn we op zoek naar iemand die overdag, in de avonden en ook tijdens weekenden beschikbaar is.
Je mag 1 vaste dag opgeven tussen maandag en vrijdag waarop je nooit ingepland kunt worden en je krijgt 4 weken van te voren je rooster.
