Manage customer interactions across social media platforms and handle order fulfillment, including inventory checks and shipping coordination. Update website product content and prepare weekly sales and trend reports.
Requires 1-2 years of experience and a degree or undergraduate status with strong English and Arabic communication skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented, punctual, and proficient in using social media and basic computer tools.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and website email.
Ensure timely and polite communication with potential and existing customers.
Manage basic customer issues, forward complex queries to the right team members.
Check inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Assist in shipping orders, including adding warranty papers & proper packaging.
Follow up with shipping companies and track order deliveries.
Confirm with customers that orders have been delivered successfully.
Prepare and upload new product content, descriptions, and images on the website.
Update existing product prices and details as needed.
Keep an eye on sales trends and customer feedback.
Prepare simple weekly reports on best-selling products, customer questions, and sales trends.
1-2 Years of Experience, graduate, or undergraduate
Very good English and Arabic communication skills (written & spoken).
Very good commitment – must be available throughout the day to answer customer messages.
Good social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
Good computer & typing skills – able to update the website (training provided).
Detail-oriented – can check order details, ensure correct packaging, and update product info accurately.
A commercial eye for sales – interested in understanding what sells well.
Punctual & responsible – ability to follow up on orders and ensure smooth operations.
Flexible working hours (work at your own pace, as long as tasks are completed).
Work from home: (one day from office everyweek)
