The Team Associate will partner with a lead representative to merchandise Mattel products, construct store fixtures, and ensure prime product placement at major retailers. They are responsible for executing special projects, managing administrative tasks, and acting as a brand ambassador for Mattel and Fisher-Price products.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and have access to reliable transportation for travel between store locations. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and using basic power tools.

The Opportunity: As a Seasonal Team Associate, you’ll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season. We are looking for enthusiastic temporary team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to drive results and make magic happen this holiday season! This job can open the door to future merchandising career opportunities with Mattel.
