Manage product returns and exchanges for e-commerce, retail, and wholesale customers while inspecting items for quality and disposition. Coordinate with warehouse and quality control teams to ensure timely restocking and relay product feedback.
Requires 1-3 years of experience in logistics, returns processing, or customer service, preferably within the apparel or sporting goods industry. Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and inventory platforms like Shopify is required.
