The Sales Associate is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing in-depth product information and closing sales. They must also maintain store operational standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and efficient cashiering.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail experience. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds, along with flexible availability including weekends.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part Time Sales Associate are the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible to exceed customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and closing the sale.
