Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketplace operations, or digital media is preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Operations Specialist helps drive the onboarding and execution of product offerings and performs key operational and analytical tasks to optimize the performance of BPS websites. A key contributor within the Digital team, the Digital Operations Specialist, will have a large focus on helping to build and manage the assortment of products that are fulfilled directly by BPS vendor partners. Key responsibilities include assisting with vendor and product setup and monitoring order fulfillment processes to ensure great customer experiences.
This is an onsite position located in Springfield, Missouri.
