The Leasing Consultant is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by converting leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions. They also provide world-class customer service to residents and support community operations including lease paperwork and model readiness.
Candidates must have at least one year of sales or leasing experience and demonstrated success in achieving conversion targets. Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours are required.
