The shift supervisor leads the coffeehouse team to provide high-quality service and a welcoming environment for the community. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, coaching staff on food and beverage preparation, and ensuring store safety and operational standards are met.
Candidates must have at least six months of experience in customer-facing roles and six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to other employees. Applicants must be available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will also have access to backup care and DACA reimbursement.
