The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with LCB requirements. As a Shift Supervisor in our Flagship South Renton store, you're the on-floor leader who keeps the store sharp, compliant, and customer-ready-while backing up the Store Manager and helping Budtenders thrive. This supervisor role matters because your steady decisions protect the guest experience, the team, and the business.
