The Sales Representative will plan and prospect for territory sales while conducting consults and fittings with coaches and athletes. They are responsible for meeting assigned sales goals and building lasting relationships with customers within the Philadelphia region.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION TYPE: This is an outside sales, hybrid position. Sales activity takes place across a home office, local schools, community events, and in-person meetings with clients.
TERRITORY DETAILS: Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding region
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, Sales Representatives live within or in close proximity to the region they serve and regularly travel throughout their assigned territory to manage local client relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
COMPENSATION: The base draw for this job is $45,000 plus the possibility of additional performance-based incentives.
The base draw will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
WORK HOURS: Hours vary based on customer needs. Evening and weekend work may be required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.

Experience in an administrative support role for at least 2 years.
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling walking and driving will all occur on a regular basis. Must be able to lift 15-30 pounds.
