Lead the full lifecycle of retail and commercial construction projects, managing day-to-day site operations from mobilization to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and schedules while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and design standards.
Requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in construction and 5 years of experience in a relevant trade. Must be willing to travel extensively nationwide and be proficient in reading blueprints and using project management tools.

At Powerhouse, our Traveling Superintendents don’t just manage job sites, they own project execution from start to finish while building the experience that shapes future leaders.
You won’t be stuck in one place or one type of project. This role is built for individuals who want variety, responsibility, and real growth.
You will lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring execution, safety, and quality standards are met at every phase.
This role includes approximately 20% hands-on work to support project execution as needed.
Salary up to $104,000, based on experience and overall fit, plus per diem and travel-related benefits.
