The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with U-Haul products, managing rentals, and maintaining equipment on the lot. They also perform physical tasks such as hooking up trucks, cleaning equipment, and installing hitches.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the ability to perform physical labor, including lifting at least 50 lbs, and working in an environment with moving parts.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
