A high school diploma and one year of retail experience are preferred, though supervisory experience is not required. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer focus, and knowledge of current fashion trends.

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
