The Store Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure excellent customer service and site cleanliness. They also manage financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and inventory control to maximize profits.
A high school diploma or GED and retail sales experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
