Requires 3-5 years of experience in outside sales or account management, preferably within the footwear or sporting goods industry. Must be able to travel approximately 70% of the time and possess strong presentation and organizational skills.
Independent Run & Family Footwear Channel
OS1st is looking for a Field Experience Manager to strengthen relationships with our Independent Run Specialty and Family Footwear retail partners across the United States. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on the road, loves working directly with retailers, and is energized by helping stores grow their business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll spend your time in stores, at community events, and at race expos—training staff, improving product presentation, and representing the OS1st brand. You’ll also partner closely with Territory Managers to deepen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
This role reports to the VP of Sales.
Base Salary: $67,500–$77,500
Bonus: 5–10% annual performance bonus
Location: Remote — candidates based near a major U.S. airport strongly preferred given the travel requirements
Travel: Approximately 70% field-based

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones.
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
