The Meat Clerk is responsible for assisting the Meat Department by stocking and merchandising fresh and frozen products while ensuring proper rotation and quality. They must also maintain a clean, safe working environment and provide excellent customer service.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least one year of experience in a meat department. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in cold environments.
