The General Maintenance role performs routine building repairs, electrical and plumbing maintenance, and equipment servicing to support store operations. This position also oversees service contractors and ensures facility compliance with energy conservation and waste management programs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or vocational training and broad mechanical aptitude in various building trades. The role requires the physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects in various environmental conditions.
POSITION SUMMARY:

This role must possess broad skills in various building trades (I.E., plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and broad mechanical aptitude. This position is responsible to support corporate facility maintenance, energy conservation, and waste management programs.
