Drives acquisition in a bank location by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach, building meaningful connections that help clients achieve their financial goals
Engages clients with curiosity, establishes purpose for the interaction, and conducts meaningful, goals-based discovery to uncover client needs and priorities
Applies foundational banking knowledge to interpret client needs and validate understanding. Clearly explains relevant options, including features, benefits, and potential risks, using simple and transparent language to help clients make informed decisions aligned to their financial goals

Education & Experience:

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
