As a Chef de Partie, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
Work alongside our exceptional Head Chef and Sous Chef to craft beautifully presented, high‑quality dishes that delight our guests.
Master each recipe, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is executed with precision and elegance.
Maintain impeccable hygiene, health, and safety standards, keeping your section spotless and service‑ready at all times.
Stay organised and efficient, preparing flawless mise en place to guarantee a smooth, timely, and elevated dining experience for every guest.
Collaborate closely with your team, supporting your colleagues, and celebrating excellence throughout the kitchen.
Bring flexibility and commitment - our guests expect outstanding service during evenings and weekends.
