The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicle inventory through regular washing and vacuuming. They also perform multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety, mechanical, and cosmetic standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods while working in various weather conditions.

In your first year, you can progress from $16hr to $17hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.25 increase in their pay every 90 days.
